Wood-fired Oven
At Pizzeria FoculuS we believe that real pizza is only made in a real wood-fired oven. We use only premium beech wood, which gives the dough perfect crispiness, a gentle smoky aroma and that authentic taste that no other baking method can replace.
Different Types of Dough from Organic Flour
We are proud to prepare our dough exclusively from organic flour (ECO certified). You can choose between classic, whole grain or black dough (with activated charcoal).

Inside Pizzeria FoculuS, in a space with more than 300 years of history, we accommodate 111 guests, including a special separate Auersperg room for groups up to 25 people, which is an excellent choice for celebrations, business meetings or family gatherings. We also offer an authentic dining experience in our charming garden.

Old Town Center
Gregorčičeva street is located next to the forum of the former Roman Emona, which was founded in 14 AD. This area was already an important commercial and administrative center in Roman times. Today Gregorčičeva is part of the urban fabric, but its history still echoes through archaeological finds and remains that testify to life in that era. The interior of the pizzeria is also dedicated to this theme.
